1 · Who we are
Amanati House is a flexible workspace at 14 Aqua Avenue, Tzaneen, 0850, South Africa, offering hot desks and a conference room for hourly, half-day and full-day bookings. You can reach us at hello@amanatihouse.co.za.
2 · Bookings
Bookings are made through this website for our six hot desks and eight-seat conference room, during business hours (weekdays 08:00–17:00). A booking is confirmed only once payment has been completed successfully, after which you will receive an on-screen confirmation with a booking reference.
You will be allocated the specific desk you selected. In the rare case that a desk is unavailable for operational reasons, we may allocate you an equivalent desk in the same room.
3 · Pricing & payment
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Payfast (Visa, Mastercard, Instant EFT and other supported methods). We do not receive or store your card details.
4 · Cancellations, refunds & no-shows
More than 24 hours before your booking starts: you may cancel for a full refund, or reschedule free of charge.
Less than 24 hours before your booking starts: the booking is non-refundable, but we will reschedule it once, free of charge, subject to availability.
No-shows are treated as used bookings and are not refundable.
To cancel, reschedule or request a refund, email hello@amanatihouse.co.za with your booking reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If we have to cancel your booking (for example due to an emergency closure), you will receive a full refund or a free reschedule — your choice.
5 · Use of the space
Please treat the space, furniture and equipment with care and keep noise at a level considerate of other members. You are responsible for your personal belongings and for any damage you cause to the premises or equipment. Unlawful activity on the premises is not permitted and will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
6 · Liability
The workspace and its facilities are provided as described on this website. To the extent permitted by South African law (including the Consumer Protection Act), Amanati House is not liable for loss of or damage to personal property, or for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the space. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7 · Privacy
We collect your name, email address and (optionally) phone number and company name solely to process and manage your booking, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Payment information is handled by Payfast and never stored by us. We do not sell or share your details with third parties. To access or delete your information, email hello@amanatihouse.co.za.
8 · General
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
